O'DOWD, Carmel, (née Kingston), (Tirhomin, Milford, Co. Donegal and South Africa), (late of Drimoleague, Co. Cork), January 19, 2018, (peacefully) at home. Deeply regretted by her loving husband Michael, daughter Niamh, son Desmond; daughter-in-law Lisa, son-in-law Ryan; grandchildren Oscar, Tara, Ruby, Oran and Art; her brother John, sisters Gay and Sheila; sisters-in-law Teresa, Noreen, Norma, Deirdre and Gerry; brother-in-law Gearoid; nieces and nephews and wide circle of friends. Reposing at the Eternal Light Funeral Home, Letterkenny from 1pm to 3pm today (Saturday), January 20, 2018. A Service of Thanksgiving for Carmel's life will be held at the Pavilion, Rosapenna Golf Club, Downings at 1pm tomorrow (Sunday), January 21, 2018, followed by Private Cremation. Family flowers only please donations in lieu of flowers to the Donegal Hospice c/o Mc Elwee Funeral Directors or any family member. House strictly private.Ar Dhéis Dé go raibh a Hanam Dílis.
