DUFFY John Patrick, (Dublin, London, Kenya) June 3, 2016. On this, the First Anniversary of his death, John's wife, Jean and his family, wish to thank everyone who visited him during his illness and who supported us during the sad days after his death. We are truly thankful to our amazing family, neighbours, friends and Aer Lingus colleagues from all over the world, who travelled to be with us, who called to the house to pay last respects to John, who attended the funeral and crematorium, who wrote, phoned, emailed and made contact at that time and in the months since then. You have given us immeasurable support. We also wish to thank Monsignor Seamus Conway and Fr. Cormac McIlrath of Booterstown Parish for their support and for conducting a dignified funeral Mass. Thanks also to our Kenyan friends Fr. James and Fr. Brian for concelebrating the funeral Mass. To all who were involved that weekend and who helped mark John's departure from this life to the next, we are grateful. We miss John every day and appreciate all the ongoing support we continue to receive. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement of thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
