O'CONNOR (Dr. Kenneth) ('Ken') (late of Charlotte, Columbia, SC and formerly of Tuam, Co. Galway) - July 1, 2005, as a result of a tragic accident during a flight-seeing tour of Alaska, pre-deceased by his adored wife, Eily Lee O'Connor and beloved son, Robert Lee O'Connor, Columbia; survivors include his daughters Eily O'Connor-Jones, husband Mark and their children, Kerry and Ryan of Cincinnati, OH, Grace O'Connor Buttriss, husband Bert and their daughter, Darby, of Concord, NC, Una O'Connor of San Francisco, CA, and Dr Maeve O'Connor and husband Richard Barnes of Charlotte, NC. A Memorial Service will be held on July 15, 2005 at 11 o'clock at St Patrick's Cathedral on Dilworth Road, East Charlotte, NC, followed by a gathering of friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Experimental Aircraft Association, Young Eagles Flight Program, P.O.
