McDAID Michael James (London) - October 15, 2010 after a short illness at University College Hospital; sadly missed by sisters Mary and Debbie (Cusack), brothers John and Hugh, relatives and friends. Cremation at Golders Green on November 1 at 12.30 o'clock. Ceremony of Remembrance at Avila Carmelite Centre, Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 at 10.30 o'clock on November 6 and burial afterwards at Deans Grange. No flowers please.
