FUREY, William (Bill) (Beach Park, Laytown, Co. Meath) - February 25, 2023, following a short illness, in the loving care of his family and the staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his beloved wife Maeve. Bill will be sadly missed by his daughter Orla, sons Dermot, David and Patrick, daughters-in-law Celine, Johanna and the late Moira, son-in-law Nick, and his 12 adored grandchildren, brothers and sisters Jackie, Mary (Byron), Pat, Nano, Tommy and Declan, brothers-in-law Des and Terence Kavanagh, sister-in-law Fidelma Winters, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours, and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his home on today (Monday) evening from 5 to 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning, (Feb 28th) to Church of the Sacred Heart, Laytown, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon will be streamed live on https://www.youtube.com/user/Finnegandvd. Burial afterwards in Reilig Mhuire, Piltown. Family flowers only, please. House private on Tuesday morning.
