Wexford and formerly of Clareview Avenue, Farranshone, Limerick) - May 28, 2022, dearly beloved husband of Sheelagh and brother of Frank and Anne, uncle of Ciara. Pre-deceased by his nephew Kevan; sadly missed by his family, brother-in-law Bill Hurley, sister-in-law Niamh, relatives and friends. R. I. P. Funeral Mass in St. Brigid’s Church Rosslare Strand tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11.00 o’c. Cremation will take place privately. Family flowers only please. House strictly private please. MALONE - Tony, The Orchard, Rosslare Strand, Co. Wexford, formerly Clareview Avenue, Farnshone, Limerick. On the sudden heartbreaking loss of her beloved Tony, his wife Sheelagh, together with his sister Anne, brother Frank, sister-in-law Niamh and niece Ciara, wish to express their heartfelt thanks to everyone for their overwhelming kindness and support as well as those who travelled long distances, sent mass cards, messages on RIP.ie, letters and attended the funeral Mass. Sheelagh, would like to extend her gratitude to Fr. James Murphy PP Rosslare, who celebrated Tony’s funeral Mass, Phil Callery, for his sincere and deeply touching tribute of Tony’s life: Ger Lawlor, Diarmuid O’Raghnaigh, and Colm O Tiarnaigh for the beautiful singing and music. She will never forget the support and kindness received from extended families, particularly her brother Bill, nephew Charles, niece Margaret, Tony’s colleagues, lifelong friends, great neighbours, the local community and all who especially touched Tony’s life.
A special thanks to the Kelly Family of Kelly’s Resort Hotel, Drs Frank & Maeve Hogan and their team, Sandra and her team at Rosslare Pharmacy, Management, Catering and Bar staff at Rosslare Golf Club. Thank you to Paddy & Bernadette of Mulligans Undertakers for their wonderful care and attention. The holy sacrifice of Mass has been offered for all your intentions. Tony, we will never forget your wonderful character, love of life, great kindness and generosity of spirit.
