LYNHAM Patricia (late of Sandymount, Dublin and Carysfort Nursing Home, Glenageary) - July 10, 2010 (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at St. Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, pre-deceased by her sister Mary, her brothers Dr. John and Desmond; she will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law Eithne, nieces Hilary, Ita, Maeve and Jane, nephew Frank, friends and neighbours. Rest in peace. Removal this (Wednesday) morning from Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown, to the Church of St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Sandymount arriving at 9.50 o'clock for 10 o'clock funeral Mass and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross. No flowers please.
