FLEMING Joe, (Dublin 16) September 17, 2018. On the First Anniversary of his death, lovingly remembered by his wife Maureen, daughter Annmarie, sons Joe, Mick and Brian, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. We wish to thank everyone for their help and support during this difficult time, special thanks to Fr. Liam Belton, Deacon Noel Ryan, the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Vincent's University Hospital, the Palliative Care Team at Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, all at Naomh Olaf GAA Club and the Ballinteer Active Retirement Club.
