BARRY Anne (née Malone), ((Killiney, Co Dublin) - April 26, 2014, (unexpectedly), after a brief illness, in her sixty-ninth year, beloved wife and best friend of Brian, adored mother of Owen, Suzanne and Clodagh, doting Nanan of Jack, Marcus and Jessica and loving mother-in-law of Johnny and Aishling; deeply mourned by her sisters Marjorie (Moore) and Sheila (Cox), brother Tom, and her many nephews and nieces. A former Lady Captain of Glen of the Downs Golf Club, where her competitive performance and outstanding contribution to every aspect of the Club's activities, mean that she will be loved, admired and deeply missed by her many friends both in that and other golf clubs, and in the ILGU. She has also been an active member of the National Yacht Club, and Dun Laoghaire and Foxrock Bridge Clubs. Reposing tomorrow (Thursday) from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm, at Quinn's of Glasthule, prior to her removal for arrival at the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey, at 6.00 pm. Her Funeral Mass and Celebration will take place on Friday at 11.30 am, followed by private family cremation. Family flowers only, please.
