GREENE - Noel (late of Terenure, Dublin) October 26, 2020 - As we lovingly remember Noel on the First Anniversary of his death, Lisa, his children Alicia, Kevin and Christina and the Greene family wish to thank all those who sympathised with us at the time of our sad and unexpected loss. A special thank you to Michael Cullen and his staff at the Beacon
Hospital for their kindness to the family. We greatly appreciated all the amazing floral tributes that created a "Green Roof' on his grave, the tremendous amount of Mass and Sympathy cards which we received. Thanks to those for taking the time to write the wonderful letters by which we were greatly comforted. We appreciated the photographs of Noe1 that we received which were so thoughtful. Thank you to the marshals and drivers from Mondello who performed the guard of honour and the chequered flag bearers that escorted the cortege at Terenure College, which we found so moving. Many thanks to the Management and staff of the Woodlands Hotel, Waterford who kindly arranged lunch for all those who travelled for the burial. To the wonderful ladies of the Book Club who delivered such an abundance of food to keep us all going, we were amazed by your kindness and organisation. To AMF Motor Sport (Aidan and John Fields) and Declan Kelly for the launch of the Noel Greene IRX Super Car Perpetual Trophy and all at IRX in Mondello for the tribute to Noel in July, this was such a fantastic day, it was incredibly emotional. To all those who have called in or phoned to offer support when we were at our lowest ebb, you have no idea what your stories and memories have meant to us. Thank you for sharing. We are blessed to have you as friends. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
