O'DOWD Claire (Cabinteely and sligo, died 28th April 28, 2010) - We Claire's parents and brother, Justin, Jennifer and Kris would like to take this opportunity to thank those who sympathised with us at Claire's untimely passing. To those who sent cards, letters, flowers, emails, telephoned, called to our homes, attended Claire's funeral in Sligo and memorial service in Foxrock. In the UK we would like to thank Brendan Fitzgerald of the Irish Embassy, The Metropolitan Police of Shoreditch and Hackney, Adrian Brady Eulogy, D.S. Steve Raffield CID Oxford, Lesley Thompson Coroners Officer Oxford, Patrick Ryan funeral director. In Ireland to Foley and McGowan funeral directors, Charles O'Connor and the members of Sligo Cathedral choir, Fr. Pat Lombard Sligo, Fr. John Bracken Foxrock, our friends and colleagues in An Post and Hospital Services Limited. To Claire's wonderful circle of friends who journeyed with her from St. Brigids Girls School Cabinteely, to Loreto Foxrock and U.C.D. and finally to our family and friends In Sligo, Dublin, Bristol and London. To all of you for the love, care, support and respect afforded to Claire in her short life time we are and always will be eternally grateful.
