O hUIGINN, Padraig, of Old Bridge Road, Templeogue, Dublin, more recently Tivoli Road, Dun Laoghaire and former Secretary General of the Department of the Taoiseach, passed away April 3rd, 2019 joyously, still optimistic and telling stories. He was in the care of his family and the staff of the Beacon Hospital. Beloved husband of Patricia and loving father of Mairin, Peadar, Ciaran and Feargal. Also greatly missed by his daughters-in-law Angela and Janet, his grandchildren Brendan, Abi, Conor, Aoise, Tebh, Rory, Deri, Atiah and grandchildren-in-law Clare and Jack. Reposing at Lodge Park, Tivoli Road, Dun Laoghaire from 6pm to 8pm tomorrow (Friday) evening. Funeral arrangements to follow in Friday's newspaper. “May he rest in peace”
