CUSACK, Frank (London and late of Knocklyon), September 16, 2018, peacefully in Hammersmith Hospital, London. Beloved son of Anne and the late Deo, much loved father of Alex (London) and brother of Denise and Helen. Very sadly missed by his loving family, brother-in-law John, niece Sarah, nephew Killian, uncle Fr Ronan Cusack OP, aunt Helen O’Mahony, relatives and friends. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road this (Monday) afternoon from 3 pm to 5 pm. Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to Terenure College Chapel arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 am and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Heart Foundation. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
