McGIBNEY, May (née Connolly) - June 1, 2017, (peacefully), surrounded by her loving family and in the care of the excellent staff in Belmont Nursing Home, beloved wife of the late Peter; sadly missed by her loving sons, Peter, Paul, and Greg, daughter Geraldine, treasured grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, Anna, Mary and Aundreena, extended family, May's carer, Johna, neighbours and friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing at Massey Bros., Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock today (Friday) from 6 o'c to 8 o'clock Funeral arriving to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock tomorrow (Saturday)at 9.50 o'c for 10 o'c Requiem Mass. Funeral thereafter to Esker Cemetery, Lucan. All enquiries to Massey Bros., Funerals, Blackrock on 012804454.

So sorry to hear of May's passing! We fondly remember her and Peter when they visited in Litchfield and Florida for IMPAC meetings! My sincere condolences to the family.
