DAWSON, - Ronnie (Clonskeagh) - Friday 11th October 2024, (peacefully) at St. John's House, Dublin. Predeceased by his loving wife Wendy, adored by his children Sandra, Jackie and Nigel, cherished by his grandchildren Conor, Jack, Rachel and Tom, son-in-law Cameron and daughter-in-law Fiona. Remembered always by his family, the rugby community and his wide circle of friends. The Funeral Service will take place on Thursday 17th October at 11am at Sandford Parish Church, Ranelagh, Dublin 6, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. Sincere thanks to the wonderful team at St John’s House for their dedicated care and support. No flowers please, but donations if desired to the IRFU Charitable Trust. Ar dheis dé go raibh a anam.

DAWSON - Ronnie (First Anniversary, October 11). Sandra, Jackie and Nigel wish to thank everyone for their condolences and support over the past year. Particular thanks to all the staff at St. Johns House, Rev Canon Sonia Gyles (Sandford & St. Philips Parish), the team at the IRFU, members of Wanderers F.C., staff and Alumni of St Andrews College, together with Dads wide friendship circle and our family and friends.

First net Ronnie Dawson in my Father sports business in 1967/ Belfast. Found him to be so forthright and specific. Ronnie ordered many items for the 1968 lions tour with our business . I have had a lifetime respect for Ronnie RIP
