TALLON Elizabeth (Betty) (Ballinteer, Dublin 16, died April 1, 2011) - On this, the First Anniversary of her death, Betty's husband, Brendan, daughters, Joan and Lorraine, sons, Brendan and Ciarán, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who supported us through Betty's illness and passing. The kindness and generosity of our extended family, friends, neighbours and colleagues will never be forgotten. We thank all those who attended Betty's removal and funeral Mass, those who called to the house, offered kind words, sent flowers, cards, letters of sympathy and Mass cards. We are especially grateful to Dr. Patricia O'Connell, the staff of Bhagwan's Pharmacy, St. Vincent's Hospital, Blackrock Hospice and Ballinteer Health Centre for the wonderful care, support and attention given to Betty during her illness and final days. Thanks to Murphy's Funeral Directors for their sensitivity and professionalism. A special word of thanks to Fr. Joseph Whelan for presiding over the removal and funeral Mass, and to Fr. John Lyng and Fr. Pádraig Daly for their participation in the ceremonies. Thanks also to singer Deirdre Moynahan, musicians Michael Quinn and Derek Cronin, and everybody who contributed to making Betty's funeral Mass so special. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this notice as acknowledgement of our sincere gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
