MEEHAN, Dr. Jack, (Wicklow), died May 2, 2013. A second year has passed since our beloved Jack was walking Lugnaquilla and passed away. We miss him terribly but our memories of a fantastic Dad, a great Papa Jack and an adored husband are stronger than ever. We are so grateful for all the very special years we had with him.

A sad year has passed since our beloved Jack died suddenly while out walking with his friends. Jack's wife Noeline and his children John, Ruth, Emma and Susan have been overwhelmed by the wonderful kindness shown to them by their families, friends, and Jack's colleagues and patients. We would like to thank all of you for supporting us during a difficult time; especially for the beautiful letters, thoughtful gestures and for your continued invaluable support. We would like to acknowledge the compassion and professionalism of Dublin Wicklow Mountain Rescue and the first responders. We are extremely grateful to Fr. Donal Roche PP, Fr. Bill Fortune and all those involved in making the funeral Mass a beautiful celebration of Jack's life. To Jeremy Morgan, for the music and especially his singing at the graveside. To the members and staff of Blainroe Golf Club for their moving tribute and final salute. Jack we miss you so much. You were a fantastic Dad, a great Papa Jack and an adored husband. Your smile, your humour, your infectious laugh and genuine kindness to everyone will remain with us forever.
