RYAN Fintan (Dundrum, Dublin 16) March 1, 2017 (formerly of RTE); dearly beloved husband of Ann (née Nugent); (peacefully) in the care of the loving staff of Glengara Park Nursing Home after a long illness. Sadly missed by his children Sinead, Julie, Michael and Emma, sister Barbara Dillon (Limerick), brother-in-law John, sons and daughter-in-law, grandchildren, and a wide circle of friends. Reposing this (Friday) evening from 4.30 o'c to 6.30 o'c in Fanagans Funeral Home Dundrum . Requiem Mass at 10.30 o'c tomorrow (Saturday) morning in the Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please.
RYAN Fintan. (Parkvale, Dublin 16) To mark the First Anniversary of his death on March 1, 2017. Most beloved husband of Ann and wonderful father to Sinead, Julie, Michael and Emma. Greatly missed by his sister Barbara, brother-in-law John (Dillon) Limerick and all of Fintan's grandchildren. Fintan's long illness which he bore with patience and good humour over many years was made easier by the support of his many friends, particularly Eamon and Tom. Our thanks to Fr. Dermot McCarthy for his very moving celebration of Mass and his assistance throughout. Also our grateful thanks to all in Holy Cross Church, Dundrum along with the many friends and colleagues, including those from RTE who attended, sent cards or messages of support. Fintan's family also wish to thank staff at St. Vincent's Hospital for their care of Fintan.

On the Third Anniversary of his death, Fintan's beloved wife Ann, his children Sinead, Julie, Michael and Emma, their partners and children, wish to thank everybody who has written, called and sent cards and messages of support over the last three years. The support of Fintan's many friends and former work colleagues in RTÉ, along with acquaintances, wider family and neighbours has been greatly appreciated. Please accept this notice of acknowledgement of the family's gratitute.
