GAFFNEY, James Daniel (Templeogue, Dublin) August 16, 1983 - September 2, 2019. On the anniversary of his passing, James' parents Jim and Fidelma and sister Caitriona wish to express sincere gratitude to all those who sympathized with us at the time of our loss, attended the funeral and sent so many thoughtful messages of condolences, mass cards and letters of sympathy. A special thanks to James' friends, class mates at St Mary's College Rathmines and Rockwell College, Tipperary and his many colleagues in the catering industry both in Ireland and abroad. We thank Catherine Donohue H.S.E. Ireland, the medical staff of The Royal Hospital and The Sanglah Hospital, Bali, Indonesia and also Antar Bangsa, Bali who assisted in James' repatriation. A special thanks to James' Aunt Sr. Cora for her contribution to the Prayers of the Faithful and to Fr. Noel Redmond (Rockwell/Templeogue) and Fr. John Flavin (St. Mary's College) for celebrating the Funeral Mass. We thank St. Mary's Rugby Club for the catering arrangements and the kind professional services of David Fanagan and the staff in Fanagans Funeral Directors for their guidance. Since it is not possible to individually thank everyone personally and James had so many wonderful friends and neighbours, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation and gratitude. James is much loved, highly missed and lovingly remembered by his parents Jim and Fidelma and sister Caitriona, extended family and great friends.
