MURPHY - Jeremiah (Jerry) (Bray, Co Wicklow, formerly Cork) - May 16, 2026, peacefully, in Altadore Nursing Home, Glenageary, Co Dublin. Jerry was a centenarian, a dearly loved husband to his late wife Betty and a devoted father to sons, David and Conor. He will be hugely missed by daughters-in-law Martina and Irene, grandchildren Hannah, Peter and Ailbhe and sister Nor. Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Main Street, Bray on today (Wednesday) at 12pm, and will be available to view online at https://www.churchservices.tv/redeemerbray. Following the Funeral Mass, Jerry will be laid to rest in Shanganagh Cemetery. Thanks to the wonderful staff at the Altadore Nursing Home, Glenageary and to the many friends who supported Jerry in recent years. Family flowers only please; donations if desired to Blackrock Hospice.
