CAHILL - Germaine (née Hynes) (Roslevin, Ballinakill Road, Abbeyleix, Laois.) Suddenly but peacefully at home. Dearly loved wife of the late James (Jim). Deeply missed by her children James, Rachel, Simon and David, grandchildren Edward, Mia, Jennifer, Faye, Daniel and Freddie, daughters-in-law Amanda and Sarah, son-in-law Peter O' Callaghan, extended family and a wide circle of friends. Reposing at her residence from 5pm. with prayers at 7pm. on today (Thursday) evening. Leaving her home at 11.45 am. on tomorrow (Friday) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in the Church Of The Most Holy Rosary Abbeyleix. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery. The Mass can be viewed on https://Abbeyleixparish.ie/web cam. Rest in Peace. House private at all other times. Family flowers only. Donations if desires to Alzheimers Society of Ireland.

On the first anniversary of Germaines sudden passing, James, Rachel, Simon, David, and the extended family would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised and supported us during our time of loss.
We wish to acknowledge the many wonderful relatives, friends, colleagues, and neighbours who showed such kindness and care, and to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the removal and Requiem Mass especially those who travelled long distances to be with us.
Thank you also to those who sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, and letters of condolence.
Mums Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on November 8 at 5.00 p.m. in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix.
