CALLANAN (née Burke) Joan (Donnybrook and Galway) - September 21 2013, (peacefully), at the Blackrock Hospice, loving wife of John and much loved mother of Louise, Irené and Andrew; very sadly missed by her loving family, brothers Desmond and Jamie, sons-in-law Jonathon and Morgan, daughter-in-law Michelle, grand children Michael, Emma, Andrew, Jack and Lily, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of relatives and friends. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home Dundrum tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon from 3.30 o'clock prior to her removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart Donnybrook arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 11.30 o'clock followed by private cremation in Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross. No flowers please. Donations in lieu to the Blackrock Hospice."May her gentle soul rest in peace"
CALLANAN, Joan (Donnybrook, died on September 21, 2013) - On this, the First Anniversary of Joan's death, her husband John and children Louise, Irené and Andrew wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to all those who attended the removal, the funeral, sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy or who travelled long distances to be with us. We are extremely grateful for all of the kindness, help and support we received at such a sad time. We hope that this Acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
