REID, Noel, (Dun Laoghaire, late of RTE and the Irish Independent) - February 7, 2019. Passed away peacefully in the loving care of his family and the kind staff of St. Vincent's Hospital. Beloved husband of Marie and loving father to Alan, Gillian, Paul and Robert. Deeply missed by his eleven grandchildren, and Fiona, Gwenaëlle, Mike, Sorcha, Sara and his beloved sister Mary. Predeceased by Joe, Jimmy and Billy. Sadly missed by his in-laws, nephews and nieces. Noel has generously donated his body to the College of Surgeons for medical research. A celebration of Noel's life was held at the Killiney Castle Hotel on Sunday, February 10. Donations, in lieu of flowers to St. Vincent's Hospital Foundation. House private.
REID Noel. (Dun Laoghaire). February 7, 2019 Marie and the family of the late Noel Reid on the first anniversary of his death. Would like to thank most sincerely, Dr. Karen Murphy and her team, and the St. Vincent's University Hospital CCU for their wonderful care during Noel's illness. Also, many thanks to all who attended the celebration of Noel's life in Killiney Castle. Fr. Tom Nash, Rowan Manahan, Colin and Carole Block and the Dublin County Choir who helped make it such a wonderful occasion for everyone. Thank you to all who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence, and flowers. Thank you for the support from Family, Friends and neighbours throughout the year. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of sincere appreciation from Marie and all the family.
