BYRNE, Annette, (née Falvey), (Dalkey and late of Rathgar, Howth, Artane and formerly Tralee Co. Kerry), July 22, 2017, (peacefully), in the care of the Blackrock Hospice, after an illness bravely borne with dignity and good humour, beloved wife of the late Bertie, much loved mother of Áine (O'Neill), Gerardine (Hackett), Albert, Tony and Colm. Sadly missed by her children, sixteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Liam and Joe, daughters-in-law Maria, Fiona and Fiona, sisters and brothers, her extended family and good friends. Our special thanks to all the wonderful staff at the Blackrock Hospice. May she Rest in Peace. Reposing tomorrow (Tuesday) in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown, from 4 pm to 7 pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 26 at 11.30 am in the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Castle St. Dalkey, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery, Shankill.
