SMYTH (née McCormick), late of Erris, Belgrave Square East, Monkstown, Co. Dublin, and formerly of Belmullet) who died on February 1, 2012. Cora's husband Philip, daughters Lorna, Corinna, Lisa and grandchildren would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who sympathised and supported us over the period of Cora's long and bravely borne illness. To all who attended the house, Mass and Funeral particularly to Father Dermot Burke, the Reverend Kevin Dalton, Father Michael Coady and the Monkstown adult choir, we offer our special thanks. Cora's sisters, Alma and Oonagh, her brother-in-law Edward and Alex Penteleyenko are due a special thanks for their loving care over the long period of her illness. To all who sent get well cards, and visited her during her illness (often involving long distance travel) and sent Mass and Sympathy Cards and floral wreaths we are very appreciative. Our sincere thanks are due to our local GP Dr. Karl Kavanagh, the doctors, nurses, and staff of St Vincent's Hospital, the Blackrock Hospice, the Blackrock Health Centre. Patience from Home Instead, the Irish Cancer Society, Anthuan Xavier, Martin Casey, and our kind friends and neighbours, and those who made donations to Cancer Research. Cora will live on in all our hearts. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.
