O'LEARY (née Elliott) (Mt. Merrion, Dublin and late of Abbeyfeale, Co. Limerick) - September 4, 2007 (peacefully), at St. Vincent's University Hospital, Josephine (Jo), beloved wife of Dan and loving mother to Aideen and Niall, pre-deceased by her brothers Fr. Anthony and Francis. Sadly missed by her loving family, brother Noel (Australia), sisters-in-law, brother-in- law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends Rest in peace. Removal on Friday from St. Vincent's Hospital Mortuary Chapel to The Church of St. Therese, Mt. Merrion for 10 o'clock funeral Mass and afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery. House Private.
O'LEARY, Josephine (Jo Elliott) (Mount Merrion, First Anniversary, 4 September 2007) - Jo's husband Dan, her daughter Aideen, son Niall and her brother Noel would like to thank most sincerely relatives, friends, neighbours and all who sympathised with us on the sad loss of our beloved Jo. Sincere thanks to those who attended her funeral Mass, sent Mass and sympathy Cards, letters, floral tributes and to those who phoned. Special thanks to those who travelled long distances to be with us. We wish to express our gratitude to Fr. Pat McManus, P.P. and Fr. David Tyndall, Mount Merrion Parish and to Fr. Martin Madigan for Jo's funeral Mass and for their consoling words and prayers. Thanks also to Conor Byrne and Michael Maguire for their lovely traditional Irish music during the Mass and to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their sensitive professionalism. We are most grateful to all the staff of St. Vincent's University Hospital for their kindness to Jo and in particular to the Chaplaincy Team for their pastoral and sacramental care. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually please accept this as an acknowledgement of our sincere gratitude to you all.
