COOKE (née Annesley) Kathleen (Kay) (Arklow and Dublin) April 28, 2014. Passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the wonderful care of all the staff at Kiltipper Woods Care Centre. Beloved wife of the late Leslie and dear mother to John, Georgina, Kimberley, Trudy, Leslie, Michele and Gary, sister of John and the late Margaret. Sadly missed by daughters-in-law Sandra and Audra, sons-in-law Declan, Damien and Andrew. Loving "Nana" to Adam, Katie, Molly Joy, Richard, Sarah, Finnley, Michelle, Flannigan, Aoife, Saidbh and the late Josh; close family friend Nancy, relatives and friends. Funeral Service on Thursday at 11am in St Brigid's Church, St. Brigid's Road, Stillorgan followed by Burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family Flowers only please.
