MORIARTY Esther (née O'Sullivan) (First Anniversary, December 30, 2015) - On the occasion of her First Anniversary, Emer, Maeve, Patricia, John, Dermot and our families would like to express our gratitude to all who sympathised with us on the occasion of our mother Esther's passing. We took great comfort from the large numbers of friends who came to St. Joseph's Centre, Mum's home for the last 16 years, to pay their respects. The ceremony on the day was beautifully orchestrated by chaplains Patricia and Bernadette. A particular thank you to our dear friend Conor O'Flynn, whose weekly phone calls brought Mum great pleasure and his frequent visits with the two Marys were always a source of joy. Helen and Caroline Barcoe were her companions during this time and our thanks are due to them, the many staff members of St. Joseph's who cared for Mum and her doctor Dr. Jenny Lundie. Our gratitude is also extended to all who regularly attended Sunday Mass with Esther over the years; Father Derek O'Connell, chaplain at St. Joseph's during much of the time Esther lived there was always graciously kind and supportive of Mum and our family. Mum's funeral Mass in Dingle, Co Kerry was attended by many friends and family members who despite the severe weather made the long journey for which we are very grateful. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all.Thou fair hair'd angel of the evening,
Now, while the sun rests
on the mountains light,
Thy bright torch of love;
Thy radiant crown
Put on, and smile
upon our evening bed!
Smile on our loves;
and when thou drawest the
Blue curtains, scatter thy silver dew
On every flower that
shuts its sweet eyes
In timely sleep

MORIARTY, (Sixth Anniversary, December 30) Esther (née O'Sullivan) - Emer, Maeve, Patricia, John and Dermot.And the sunlight clasps the earth,
And the moonbeams kiss the sea; - What are all these kissings worth, or What is all this sweet work worth
If thou kiss not me?"

MORIARTY (Fourth Anniversary, December 30) Esther (née O'Sullivan) - Emer, Maeve, Patricia, John and Dermot."We foot it all at night
Weaving olden dances
Mingling hands and mingling glances
Till the moon has taken flight"

MORIARTY, (Second Anniversary, December 30) Esther (née O'Sullivan) "I'd long to walk the Valley woods, and see the birds fly high. I'd love to hear the sparrow sing and watch as time goes by." Emer, Maeve, Patricia, John and Dermot.
