WHELAN, Patrick (Uncle Paddy), (Rathfarnham and late of Dublin Corporation Engineering Dept, Legion of Mary, Pioneer Association and Franciscan Third Order), October 26, 2017, (peacefully) in his 91st year in the exceptional care of the Staff at St Vincent's University Hospital and previously Marlay Nursing Home. Beloved brother-in-law, uncle, granduncle and great-granduncle. He will be very sadly missed by his dedicated sister-in-law Celine, his niece Margaret, nephews John, Andy and Paul in Dublin and his sister-in-law Maureen, niece Maura and nephews John, Declan, Gerard and Barry in Cork, his grandnieces and nephews extended family neighbours and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at his home on Sunday, October 29 from 3 pm. Removal on Monday morning, October 30 to the Church of the Annunciation Rathfarnham, arriving for 11 o clock Funeral Mass and afterwards to Kilmashogue Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
