DOYLE, Kathleen (Naas, Co. Kildare) - On October 29, 2020, Kathleen Doyle (née Higgins), beloved wife of Cecil, passed away peacefully after a prolonged battle with Alzheimers, surrounded by family in the loving care of Craddockstown Nursing Home. Kathleen, a life long Naas resident, daughter of the late Gaelic footballer Jack Higgins and Molly was born in Millbank Naas, the eldest sister to Jim (NY) and Jerome, predeceased by Stasia, Dominic and Frankie. Kathleen and Cecil married in 1953. Her greatest joy were her eight children, Paul, Michelle, John, Damian, Cecilia, Catherine, Finola and Marc, adored grandmother who cherished her 21 grandchildren and 10 great- grandchildren. She will live forever in her family’s hearts. A private family funeral will take place on today (Monday) November 2nd at 10am and will be streamed live via webcam from the Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas at www.naasparish.ie.
