MULLEN Frank (Francis), (Templeogue and late of Revenue Commissioners), July 22, 2014, peacefully, following a short illness, at St Vincent's University Hospital. Beloved husband of Celia and much loved father of Niall and Deirdre. Will be very sadly missed by his loving family, daughter-in-law Katie, sister Celine, brother Michael, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at his home tomorrow (Friday) evening from 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Saturday morning to the Church of St Jude the Apostle, Willington arriving for 10.00 am Funeral Mass and thereafter to Mount Venus Cemetery.

<p>Sincere condolences from Niamh Carmody</p> <p>I am so sorry to hear the news about Frank. He was a great and inspirational boss. He was brilliant and highly effective at his job but he was a lot more besides that; he was also good humoured, funny, calm and a really decent kind human being. I have nothing but good memories of my time working for him. May he rest in peace.</p>
