FOGARTY, Jack (Bramley Wood, Castleknock, Dublin 15) June 18, 2016 - (following a tragic accident while studying abroad in Slovenia). Beloved son of David and Irene and loving brother of Tom. He will be deeply missed by his heartbroken family, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 11am, at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to LauraLynn, Ireland Children's Hospice, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18 or www.lauralynn.ie. "May Jack Rest in Peace"
