CHILDS, Alan, (Late of Mount Merrion) - November 20, 2009, after a long illness in the wonderful care of all the staff at Brabazon House Nursing Home, Sandymount. Precious and darling husband of Elizabeth and loving dad of Nigel, Tim and Anthony; sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Mary, Jane and Margaret, grandchildren Sarah, Anna, Yasmine, Beth, Jack, Kate, Molly and Dylan, extended family and many friends. Funeral service today (Monday) at 10.30 o'clock in St. Philip and St. James Church, Cross Ave, Booterstown and afterwards to Shanganagh Cemetery."Absent from the body,
present with the Lord".
