HIGGINS, Olwen (née Macken) , January 7, 2021, (Templeogue and formerly of Perrystown, suddenly at St. James’s Hospital; beloved wife and best friend of Colm, adored mammy of Lauren, Shauna, Shannon, Ben and Jessica, much loved daughter of George and Eileen and loving sister of Hazel, Graham and the late Stephen. Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, children, mother, father, sister, brother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and her large circle of friends especially her best friends Joy, Gráinne and Debbie. May Olwen be at rest. In line with Government and H.S.E advice regarding public gatherings, a small private funeral will be held. Olwen’s family would ask that over the coming days, everyone who knew her would take some time to light a candle or say a prayer in her memory. Those who cannot attend the Funeral Service due to the current restrictions, please feel free to leave a message in the condolence on www.irishtimes.com. Family flowers only please.
