McGEE Very Reverend Stuart Irwin, ("Teach na Mara", Strandhill, Co. Sligo and former Dean of Elphin and Ardagh) October 21, 2013, (peacefully) at Sligo Regional Hospital. Dearly loved husband of Eunice and father of Jillian, Lynette, Alice and the late Sam, and also brother of Ivan (Dromore West) and Lorna (U.K.). Sadly missed by his loving wife and family, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Funeral Service at 11.00am tomorrow (Thursday) October 24, in St. John's Cathedral, Sligo. Burial follows in St. Anne's Churchyard, Strandhill, Co. Sligo. House strictly private. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to St. Anne's Church, Strandhill, Restoration Fund, c/o Seán Feehily, at Feehily's Funeral home, Cartron Cross, Sligo."Not till the loom is silent
and the shuttles cease to fly,
will God unroll the canvas
and reveal the reason why".
