BERRY Tom Died Thursday, May 2, 2019. In loving memory of Tom on the First Anniversary of his death. Sadly missed and always remembered by his loving wife Ann, children Patricia, Brian, Deirdre, Thomas and Maeve, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, brothers, sisters, friends and neighbours. We his family would like to thank all who cared for him during his illness, especially the palliative care team in St Francis Hospice, Raheny ,who brought peace and dignity to Tom in his final days. We also wish to thank all who sympathised with us, attended and participated in his funeral ceremony, sent cards, Mass cards and letters of condolences. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of Mass will be offered for your intentions."Always loved and never forgotten"
