KANE, Carmel (née Fahy) (late of Shankill and formerly of Sandycove and Clontarf, Co. Dublin and the Department of Agriculture) – June 4, 2018, peacefully, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin; beloved wife of the late Michael, wonderful mother of Michael, dear sister of the late Hugh, fondly remembered by her nephews Eoin and Colm, extended family and friends. A gathering for family and friends will take place in Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray this (Thursday) evening from 5.00-7.00pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 10.00am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by burial in Dean’s Grange Cemetery. May she rest in peace

Pete Wedderburn, the vet, here. I have only just discovered that Carmel has passed away and I want to send on my belated sympathy. She was a lovely woman, and we had many great discussions over her beloved pets.
