FANNON, Gráinne June 6, 2015, (Salthill, Galway) (peacefully) after a long illness in the loving care of Ability West and Hospice Homecare in her home at Clochatuisce, 33 Dr. Mannix Road, Salthill, Galway; predeceased by her parents Henry and Una, her brothers Maurice (who also died on June 6, 2015 after a short illness in Portland, Oregon, USA), Francis and Brendan and by her brother-in-law Tim and her niece Frances (R.I.P). Sadly missed by her brothers Harry, Tom, Eoin, John and Dominic, sisters Connie, Patricia, Pauline and Geralyn and their families, her adopted family - Carmel, Padraic, Irene, Annie, Leona and all the staff in Clochatuise and Blackrock House, relatives and friends. Reposing at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway today (Tuesday) from 2.30 o'c with Removal at 3.30 o'c to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Funeral after 12.00 noon Requiem Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) to the new cemetery, Bohermore. Family flowers only. Donations if desired, to Ability West and or Galway Hospice.Muchadh an choinnéal
