EARL Austen (Ballinakill, Waterford, formerly of Dunmore East and Grantstown, Waterford) - February 8, 2014 at Waterford Regional Hospital. Husband of the late Margaret. Dearly beloved husband of June, much loved and loving father of Janet, John, Roger and Yvonne. Will be sadly missed by his brothers David & George, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, step-sons, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral service in St. Andrew's Church, Dunmore East on Saturday, February 15, at 12.00oc. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Bishop's Appeal.

<p>A True Gentleman</p> <p><strong>austen provided our restaurant, the ship, in dunmore east, with the most wonderful produce of fresh veg and fruit, he truly had green fingers, when I see today, the word organic on veg and fruit,I think of what Austen would think,he was truly a gentleman, and a master in producing the finest.His passing is a great loss to us all.Peter Paula and P.M.Prendiville</strong></p>
