HICKEY (Dublin) Annette - November 23, 2013, Gerard (Gerry) - December 4, 2013 and Christopher - June 16, 2014. Their sisters Ellen (Nell) Cooper and May Meyler wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised in their recent sad bereavements: brother-in-law Jimmy, nieces, nephews, all cousins, especially Ina, Peggie and their families, good friend Angela, extended relatives, neighbours and friends. Your visits to the hospitals, nursing homes, attendance at removals, Masses, cards and letters of sympathy meant so much to us. A special word of thanks to the medical staff at Tallaght Hospital, Dr. Calvo and staff at Elm Green Nursing Home, Dr. Alex Khourie G.P., Doctors and staff at St. Vincent's University Hospital, doctors and staff at Royal Hospital, Donnybrook.
