O'SULLIVAN Macklin Mary Jo, died September 12, 2012 - As we lovingly remember Mary Jo on the first anniversary of her death, her husband Padraig, son Christian and extended family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on the death of our beloved Mary Jo. We are grateful to all who sent Mass Cards, sympathy cards, floral tributes, letters, phone calls and texts for their kind words and expressions of sympathy. Thanks to doctors, nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital for the care she received. Thanks also to the many colleagues and friends of Mary Jo with whom she worked and socialised in so many echelons of her life. We would especially like to thank Fr. Des Campion and Fr. Pat O'Mahony who celebrated the Requiem Mass and said the Holy Rosary in our home. It has been a very difficult year and we would have been lost without the continuing and wonderful support from relatives and friends throughout the year. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and heartfelt gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
