DOWD Doreen Elizabeth - March 18, 2015, (peacefully), in the gracious care of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, much loved sister of Alan and aunt of Alan (Jnr); sadly missed by her many friends at home and abroad. Meeting for Worship at Quaker House, Stocking Lane, Rathfarnham at 11 o'clock on Saturday (March 21), followed by interment at Friend's Burial Ground, Temple Hill, Blackrock. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Irish Quaker Faith in Action, c/o Quaker House.

I vividly remember Doreen with love and deep respect, from our days in Wesley College. We sat the Leaving Cert in 1959.
