O'KEEFFE, MRCVS ‘Avondale’, Market Street, Tipperary Town and formerly Kanturk, Co Cork – 31st August 2020; Daniel Joseph (Dan Joe) unexpectedly and peacefully surrounded by his loving daughters Louise, Tona and Alison. A true gentleman, he will be forever missed by his heartbroken daughters, son-in-law Denis Murphy, adored dad-dad to Robyn, Jacob, Bonnie, Dan and Zach, sadly missed by his sister Ina (Shaffrey), brothers Michael, Neilus, Patrick and Oliver, extended family, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends in the farming, horse racing and veterinary community. May He Rest in Peace. Due to current restrictions a private Mass for family will take place at St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary at 12.00 noon on Friday (Sept. 4th), which can be viewed on www.twitch.tv/tipperaryparish, followed by private cremation. Dan Joe’s funeral cortège will leave his home in Market Street at 11.30am for St. Michael’s Church – please exercise social distancing guidelines.
