WHELAN, Dermot (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - March 16, 2022. Peacefully, in his 92nd year, in the care of all the staff at the Ashbury Nursing Home, Deansgrange. Beloved husband of the late Maire and loving father of Dermot and Ciara. Sadly missed by his son, daughter, grandchildren Fergus, Finn, Rory and Lucy, nieces, nephews, extend family and many friends, especially those in Blackrock Bowling Club. May he rest in peace. Funeral Mass at 10am on Thursday, March 24th in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Blackrock, followed by Burial in Deans Grange Cemetery.
