O'KEEFFE (née Sloan) Philomena (Whitehall, Dublin 9). Died July 6, 2019. Lovingly remembered by her husband Albert and her children Muriel, Dolores, Irene, Ronan and Damian. On the First Anniversary of Phil's death we would like to express our gratitude to all who sympathised with us in our sad loss. We thank all who joined us at Phil's reposing, reception, funeral, burial and month's mind; those who sent Mass and sympathy cards, letters and messages of condolence; those who made donations to charities. Our special thanks to Fr. Tom Kearney for celebrating the Funeral Mass, to Barbara Ryan and the Bethany team for their gentle guidance, to Mary and Siobhán Flynn for their consoling music during the Mass, to Stafford's funeral team (Maypark) who looked after the arrangements and to Declan Keane for the acknowledgement and memorial cards. We are grateful to the doctors and nurses who cared for Phil in Beaumont Hospital and to all who supported us during her illness. We extend heartfelt gratitude to our families, relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and care shown to us in our bereavement and throughout the past year. To each and every one who helped us through difficult times, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
