COSTELLO Patrick (Monaloe Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin) died May 4, 2011 - On Patrick's First Anniversary his loving wife Marie, her family and the Costello family would like to thank all those relatives, friends and neighbours who attended the removal and funeral, sent Mass cards, floral tributes and messages of sympathy. Special thanks also to the doctors and nurses on St. Christopher's Ward, St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin for their wonderful care of Pat during his short illness. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
