HEAVEY Val (Ballsbridge, Dublin and formerly Athlone) July 6, 2016 (peacefully) at Orwell House Nursing Home. Beloved husband of Marie and loving dad to Declan, Adrienne, Fiona, Frank, Patricia and the late Karen. Will be greatly missed by his family, brothers, sisters, daughters-in-law Liz and Jane, sons-in-law Chris and Jason, Stephane, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal tomorrow (Friday) to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to Blackrock Hospice.

HEAVEY, Val (Second Anniversary) - Sadly missed by his wife Marie, children, Declan, Adrienne, Fiona, Frank, Patricia, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Greatly missed by his extended family and by his friends.
HEAVEY Val (Dublin and Athlone). On this the First Anniversary of Val's death, we, his wife Marie, his children Declan, Adrienne, Fiona, Frank and Patricia together with his brothers and sisters wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them, sent Mass Cards and attended his funeral. We especially want to thank Professor John Crown and his team, Dr. Donal Kelly, Our Lady's Hospice and Orwell Nursing Home for their care of Val during his illness. We are most grateful to Fr. Conor Harper, S.J., Fr. Lorcan O'Brien, Fr. Pat Guckian, Fr. Sean Conlon and Fr. Denis Foley for concelebrating the funeral Mass. To Fanagans who looked after the funeral arrangements with such professionalism - thank you. We deeply appreciate all the support of Val's many friends and trust this will be accepted by them as an expression of our gratitude.
