KEMPSTER Francis (Frank), (Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada and formerly of Dublin), May 25, 2017. Dearly loved husband of Pat, father of the late Rory, brother of Brigid Rodriguez (Dunmore East) and Jane Leslie (Waterford), uncle of Robert, Stephen, Billy, Sheena and Anne Leslie. Frank's brain has been donated for dementia research to the Nova Scotia Brain Centre.
