DUNNE, Gerard (Firhouse, Dublin) 28th August 2020 (suddenly). Will be dearly missed by his children Áine and Aleisha, their partners and mother Helen, and his beloved grandchildren Brandon, Isabelle, Lacey, Zach, Olivia, Logan and Amalee, parents Alison and the late Frank, brothers Brian and Kevin, sisters Aideen and Deirdre, sisters-in-law Olivia and Rosemarie, brother-in-law Nigel, cherished nephews and nieces, many relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. DUNNE - Gerard. On his first anniversary, the family of Gerard (Gerry) Dunne would like to thank everyone for their help and support at the time of Gerard's sudden death last summer. We especially thank our extended families, friends, neighbours, work colleagues, and all those who helped us, from Achill to Dublin. To our relations who escorted Gerard on his journey back to Dublin, to the relatives, neighbours and friends who fed us, to those who sent messages, cards, flowers, visited our homes, waited outside the church, and a thousand other kindnesses, our sincerest thanks. We are grateful to Fr. Joe Mothersill for his lovely funeral Mass. A special note for the two little people who were so brave and caring under very difficult circumstances: well done Rowan and Ríona
