O'BEIRNE Tom - October 25, 2014, Siobhan, Peter, Aoife and Valerie would like to thank family, friends, colleagues and our wonderful neighbours who sympathised with us during Tom's recent illness and loss. We would like to thank Monsignor Dan O'Connor and Fr. Padraig O'Cuill for the beautiful funeral Mass to celebrate Tom's extraordinary life. A special thank you to Geraldine Finn for her rendition of "The Darkest Midnight". Also to extend sincere thanks to Dr. Jonathan Lyne, the nurses at ICU and the Stokes Unit at Blackrock Clinic for their excellent care of Tom. A special thank you to Professor Eoin O'Brien for his care of Tom over many years. Tom had a marvellous life and lived in many countries and had many great friends and colleagues. To you all we say a sincere thank you for all the kindness shown to us over the past few months.
